The BCEA Annual Holiday meeting was held on December 15, 2003, in the new Buena Vista Library Meeting Room. The event was catered by Monte Carlo's Pinocchio Restaurant located on Magnolia Blvd.
The door prize given to each member/associate member was a $10 Blockbuster gift card. After everyone signed in, dinner began, followed by a short membership meeting, swearing in the new Executive Board and Stewards by Business Agent Paul Bechely, and ending with the Opportunity Drawing.
