The BCEA Annual Holiday meeting was held on December 14, 2006, in the IATSE Local 80 Building, 2520 Olive Ave. The event was catered by Monte Carlo's Pinocchio Restaurant located on Magnolia Blvd.

The door prize has to be given to each member/associate member subsequent to the meeting. It was a $10 Barnes & Noble gift card. South Street Philly Cheese Steak restaurant gave each member/associate member a 10% off card.

After everyone signed in, dinner began, followed by a short membership meeting, swearing in the new Executive Board and Stewards by Assemblyman Paul Krekorian, presentation of the Certificate of Recognition plaque by Assemblyman Krekorian, presentation on pre-paid legal and identity theft by Gary Rafe, and ending with the Opportunity Drawing.
