Deposit Waived

• No security deposit is required at any equity Residential community with approved credit.
• No application fee is required

Rental Discounts

• $100 off the first month's rent is awarded to you at move-in
• In addition, a special discount program may be offered at the leasing office.

Equity understands "The American Dream" of owning a home and they want to help make that dream a reality for the members. Rent with Equity is a unique marketing program that allows members to apply a portion of their monthly rent toward the purchase or a new home. This credit may be applied toward new home options, upgrades, closing costs, down payment and/or purchase price reduction. The program parameters and restrictions may vary by region and by participating homebuilders. Each resident is automatically enrolled in the program as there are no participation restrictions with regard to fees or length of residency requirements.

Coast to Coast Relocation. Equity understands that relocation can be a time consuming, stressful undertaking - not to mention financially straining. Therefore, Equity Residential has designed a national relocation program exclusively for Equity residents that makes the relocation process much easier and less costly. The benefits include $1000 off first month's rent, $0 application fee and no lease termination fee on current lease when transferring to another Equity property. A listing of the properties nationwide is included in their relocation brochure, Coast to Coast, and can also be obtained at the BCEA Office. Residents relocating are required to give a 30-day notice to vacate and they must complete a new application and qualify at the sister property to move.

Globe Furniture Rental. For almost 30 years and Glove Furniture Rentals has offered individuals and corporate personnel quality home furnishings. In addition to furniture, Globe's section includes home electronics, linens and housewares. Globe Furniture Rentals has developed furniture and housewares packages at special rates exclusively for Equity residents in select markets.
