This Agreement is effective July 1, 2008. The term of this Agreement shall continue in effect until the 26th day of June, 2010. The parties, during the term of this Agreement, may mutually agree to consider other specific proposals. The City shall agree to start negotiations for the 2010-2011 MOU no later than March, 2010. The intent of the parties is to complete these negotiations as soon as possible.
