SELECTED HOUSING TITLES
The layoff procedures in Article X do not have to be followed by the City in the case of:
HOUSING ASSISTANT
HOUSING SPECIALIST
HOUSING REHAB ASSISTANT
Except for the above-cited limitations, these employees are entitled to full BCEA representational rights.
