Effective July 1, 2007, the salaries for all BCEA positions will be increased up to a maximum of 4% of the total salaries for the BCEA bargaining unit on a prorated methodology agreed to by the City and the union based on survey. The survey will use only data available as of June 20, 2007. There will be no retroactivity on salaries.
Prior to June 20, 2007, the parties agree to review the benchmarks to determine if they are appropriate and to make changes mutually acceptable to the City and BCEA.
