SALARY AND COMPENSATION

  1. Effective September 7, 2008, the salaries for all BCEA positions will be increased up to the full market survey for the BCEA bargaining unit as shown in EXHIBIT F.

  2. Effective June 28, 2009, the salaries for all BCEA positions will be increased by a 2.43% COLA.

  3. Prior to May, 2010, the parties agree to review the benchmarks to determine if they are appropriate and to make changes mutually acceptable to the City and BCEA.

  4. In the 1999-2002 MOU, the salaries of Library Clerks and Intermediate Clerks were equalized. Subsequent to this MOU, the salary increases for these two classes were dependant on their own benchmark of the benchmark they were tied to.
