Ten-Step Salary Plan

MAINTENANCE OF TEN-STEP RANGE
Salary ranges for affected employees shall remain as a ten-step salary plan. There shall be a difference of two and one-half percent (2 1/2%) between steps. Effective December 16, 2007, or upon implementation of the new Oracle Payroll system, whichever is later, the 10th step of each affected BCEA classification will receive a one-time increase of $1.00 to create an exact 2.5% difference between the steps and avoid any negatie impact upon employees.
