SECTION G
SHIFT PAY


  1. Full-time employees working a second shift assignment shall receive a $.95 per hour shift differential for each hour worked. "Second shift" shall mean a regularly scheduled work period starting between the hours of 2 PM and 8 PM.

  2. Full-time employees working a third shift assignment shall receive a $1.10 per hour shift differential for each hour worked. "Third shift" shall mean a regularly scheduled work period starting between the hours of 8 PM and 2 AM.

  3. Any full time employee who works the next shift by a total of hours that is one hour less than their full work day shall receive for those hours the shift differential of that shift (i.e., an employee who starts a 12 hour shift at 7 PM shall receive one hour at "second shift" and eleven hours at "third shift".
