SECTION C
LIFE INSURANCE

  1. AMOUNT
    The life insurance policy for employees represented by the Association shall be $30,000.

  2. POLICY
    This policy will carry an accidental death and dismemberment rider. The AD&D rider provides a benefit of up to $32,000 subject to the terms and conditions of the policy.
  3. In addition to the AD&D benefit provided in Article III Section C.2 above: the City will provide up to $50,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance subject to the terms and conditions of the policy. This benefit will be provided at no cost to the employees.
