The employee shall notify the head of his or her department of the department either prior to, or within two (2) hours after the time set for beginning his or her daily duties, or as may be specified by the head of his or her department. The City shall use the progressive disciplinary policy in order to police this section (and shall not use an automatic reduction in pay policy)
