SECTION E
JOINT LABOR/MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
- The parties agree to establish a Joint Labor/Management Committee for the limited purpose of discussing the possibility of performing work with the City of Burbank employees working overtime instead of contracting out such work. Cost, feasibility, timeliness and quality of work issues will be subject to discussions by this Committee but the final decision as to whether or not it is in the best interest of the City to contract out such work will be with the City.
- The parties agree to establish a Joint Labor/Management Committee for the limited purpose of reviewing the following issues:
- Clarify grievance and appeal filing times
- Review Working Out of Class Policy and MOU language
- Review Employee Assistance Program
- Review Workers' Compensation Policy
- Define suspension days (i.e. calendar vs. working vs. business days)
- Review evaluation form
- Review Exhibit I and vehicle accident matrix
