PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING - THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS The BCEA carries no change. We accept the EXACT AMOUNT of cash or your check. We do not accept credit cards, ATM cards, etc. (If your check is returned two times, cash only will be required thereafter) ALL tickets/vouchers/passes sold through the BCEA CANNOT be refunded or exchanged. You MUST be a BCEA MEMBER or ASSOCIATE MEMBER to purchase tickets. (If you are in BPOA, Fire Union, IBEW or BMA, please call the BCEA Office to ask about being an Associate Member).
